Heritage Club House Renovation Project - Latest News!
The DCC Heritage Fundraising Kick-Off for Curran Lake and other areas was a huge success. Michael Fehr spoke about the importance of the project and how the Club House is the heart of our community, which brings us all together. Peter Parsons, our House Director, provided some history on the 80 year-old building and Dianne spoke about how it was important to her and Scott when they moved to Dunany 20 years ago. 16 new pledges were made, moving us closer to our target. Thank you so much to Dianne and Scott for hosting this great event, and to all those who provided salads and food and to everyone who attended and helped us move closer to our goal. We are planning to hold events on other lakes - stay tuned for more information.
Every member matters, every pledge matters - no matter what the amount.
If you want more information on this project, background and plans are available HERE. As well, there is information at the Starter Shack and pledge cards and envelopes are available.

Dunany Ladies Championship Reception August 11th
Hard to believe it is only 3 weeks until the Ladies Championship.
Sunday, August 11th will be the final day of Ladies Club Championship, a cocktail party reception will be served continuously as the golfers come in. We have decided to give the golfers a break this year from preparing food, and will be providing sandwiches and appetizers, at a cost of $5.00 per person, whether golfer, family or supporter. We would love it for everyone to join us to cheer on the Ladies.
Bracelets will be available at the Starters shack starting Monday, July 22nd. I would appreciate if everyone could purchase their bracelets by Monday, August 5th, so we have an idea of the number of people who will be attending the reception and order the food accordingly.
The bar will be open at 12:00 on all three days.
Hope to see you all there!
